Herbal Walnut Milk for Men's Health

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp walnut (about 7-8 pieces)
  • 5 cups of black soybean milk (or another milk of choice)
  • 4g ginseng (slice or powder)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp goji berry
  • Honey or maple syrup (as needed)

  • Blender

Instructions

  1. Presoak walnuts in the milk overnight.
  2. The second day, in a small pot boil walnuts, milk, and ginseng for 10 minutes and let it steep for 20 minutes, with lid closed.
  3. In a blender, add the boiled liquid and all other ingredients and blend for at least 2-3 minutes. Use the soup/heating function if your blender has it for a more developed flavor.
  4. Use honey or maple syrup to sweeten to your preference. If you like a smoother texture, strain through cheesecloth or mesh sieve.
