ABOUT ME
I am a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) chef, food therapist, registered dietitian, and educator based in Brooklyn, New York. Born in Shanghai, China, I have hosted hundreds of pop-up dinners, workshops, and events featuring TCM food therapy since 2018. My first cookbook “The Five Elements Cookbook” will be released in February, 2023 by Harper Collins. My studio and event space, the Red Pavilion, is located in the heart of Bushwick, NY.
